The basis of this game was to work on the revival of the traditional fantasy which is now largely ignored in the modern media. These days, even in the fantasy themes, the focus is more on action or comedy rather than the story itself; and the original story writing is replaced with the remake of the already existing older stories. The creativity on a story usually is more prominent in the Japanese media compared to others, which is also filled with more action than the story; probably in order to acquire more audience.

The focus of both this game and the storyline is more on the traditional fantasy stories that made their way to the children books for centuries and the great stories these days, such as the work from The Brothers Grimm (Stories), Pans Labyrinth (Movie) and Final Fantasy Series 7 and 10(Games). Special consideration is intended to avoid any quick camera movements and extra action and hoping to make more of a smooth animation with mesmerizing story.
